The last couple of months has been a total happyness overload. Places I've been, things I've eaten, people I've met and of course particularly one person I've met.. Let me just say Space Cadets are my favourite kind of cadet.
The happiness was only tarnished by the greatest anti-show on Earth and I have to say, Memorabilia is dead to me. Dead dead dead. Not even the gangsta one from ghostbusters turned up! But it did offer me the opportunity to buy literally the fugliest Shrek ever as a bizarre token of affection for my loved one. Tee hee hee at least duck phone has a new friend now.
I've been given the chance to flex the old creative muscle again lately too.. His and Hers notepads with awesome flip out custom covers and stuff is just the tip of the iceberg. Double sided sticky tape and official Art Attack creativity packs rule.
Right enough for now!! Sick of journals already. Now I gotta go fight crime, or my name isn't Richard James Danger Rich Britt.

I bought some Mentos in a Budapest airport. Thought they were the wrong sort to make a Coke/Mentos Eruption but turns out they're exactly the right sort.

Nat's mum passed away a little time ago, and yesterday was her funeral. I'd not seen Nat for a good while, and Zoe was there too (old friend from the skool daze). Was really good seeing them both, but not under such sad circumstances :( When we we're walking to my car I couldn't help but be reminded of how back in the day we used to walk to the bus stop at the bottom of the hill in our little group, *sigh*.
Anyway the funeral was good, it wasn't as sad as I thought it might be because like the minister said it was a celebration of her life. She'd already known what music she'd wanted at the funeral - Jon Bon Jovi "It's my life" and Run DMC "It's like that" - genius. What Nat and her brother and sister had written about her was good too, with a sense of humour I know she would have liked. Something that would definately have cracked her up was Zoe's mobile going off half way through the service (eeek!), I think she would have loved that! Always loved her sense of humour. Shit. I have become a cliche. Passed driving test first time, crashed car two months later.
